Welcome to Hurdsfield Community Primary School

We are a community school in the true sense of the word as we work closely alongside other organisations in our Community like the church and other businesses.

We are fortunate to have a Surestart Children’s Centre on site, which provides various opportunities of support for families.

We pride ourselves as being a fully inclusive school where each child is provided with a curriculum that addresses their individual needs and interests both during and after school.

Our aim is to make our children independent and acquire life skills for their future.

The school logo “Achieving together” encapsulates the schools ethos and daily routine.

We value the arts and firmly believe that the arts motivate and enrich the children’s learning.

My committed staff and governors work hard to ensure each child receives their entitlement to enjoy and succeed with their learning and we work in a partnership with the parents to make this happen.
